The frame is nice but I was unaware that the cushioned backing that you attach your display pieces on does not come out. I had to rip it out and hot glue it creatively back together. It is a frame only for pinning things inside and that’s it. The magnetic closure works well and looks good after all the work I put into it.

Well-made glass-top shadow box with dark wood frame, coarse beige linen-like backing, small magnetic door clasp and pearl-topped straight mounting pins. It now houses my "memorial" items from my sweet, 12+-year-old black German Shepherd, Ebony. I miss her terribly, but this helps. Was extremely well-packaged and arrived with no damage. That was a relief.
