These back boards arrived in pretty generic packaging. There was no protection around the product, so I had a couple of these that were I little messed up. Not unusable though, so all is good.They are the 11x14 size listed and sturdy but not super thick. They work good for framing pictures and for crafting in a shadow box too.The price is good but the packaging could use a re-work IMO

I ordered this board because the advertising said it is "Acid-Free". However, it arrived with no labeling whatsoever to indicate it was acid free. If the labeling on the product itself does not state "acid-free" then I can only assume it is NOT. Also, it was packaged in cardboard without any sort of a buffer, so that the cardboard rubbed against all the sides of the foam board as well as the surface of the foam on the end boards. Cardboard is acidic and anything that touches it and rubs against it will absorb some of that acid. So even if the foam core was acid free, it was rendered acidic by the cardboard.
