Mattress was delivered yesterday. So far I'm completely impressed! 12" Queen. Unpacking was so easy, within 8 minutes it was 12 inches thick.! Still waiting to sleep on it. As of now I can't be happier. No smell at all. I will update as I get more information. I need another mattress giving this one the test. It's been 12 hours and it's 13" thick! Love it. Better than described!Update 7-16-25 After sleeping on the new mattress for 2 weeks it only gets better. My husband hasn't slept this well in years! Due to back pain and insomnia it has been rough. This mattress has improved our days by giving us the rest we need. Definitely recommend this to anyone who suffers incurable back pain..

The mattress shipped pretty fast. When I opened it, it did have relatively strong factory smell but it quickly aired out. It is an extremely firm bed. I was expecting something softer and I’ll probably end up buying a mattress cover for it. I’ve had it for about a month now and it hasn’t softened at all and it does cause my back to hurt because of it.Overall, I would say it’s a pretty good mattress as long as you’re looking for a very firm one

Best mattress purchased from anywhere so far! Super comfy and definitely takes at least a day to fluff up completely! We got the King and we love!

This is a really nice mattress. Not just for the price but overall.It came out of the box easily and was ready for use next night.I bought a plush, and it is more of a medium to plush, soft on top and very deeply supportive. It does not sink in or feel bouncy, but maybe because I don’t use a box spring. I would buy it again.Ver nice.

This is not anything close to plush and the edge support is not at all as advertised. Giving a star because packaging is well done and there was zero smell while it inflated. I would return this and get a standard foam mattress that is both cheaper and comfier if it was easier to do.Edit - I'm raising this up to 4 because customer service was so prompt and kind. This is a firm mattress, however the packaging and customer support are excellent and as long as you know what you're getting I think it's a good purchase.

Wife said this bed is extra comfy. I don’t think I have ever heard her say something like that. I was shocked. She is right. I highly recommend this mattress. Buying another for my kids room.

I am using this mattress on a murphy bed in a guest room. I was very impressed at how well the mattress is made for the price! I paid $219 dollars for the firm queen hybrid and for that price it is a phenomenal deal! The mattress is very firm and you can sit on the edge of the bed and not feel like it is going to crumble. I am not sure how good this would be as a daily sleeper but for a guest bedroom it is a no brainer get this mattress.
