I've been out 2 times in these boots ( platte river Colorado) and so far I've not had an issue. Pretty rugged boot for the price. Bought them 1 size bigger than my normal shoe size and they fit well for me. They are a bit slippery when on rocks compared to felt bottomed boots. Seems like a pretty good product.

This is my 2nd pair of these wading boots. My first pair probably has 400+ miles of walking on soft sand over 2 years. They are showing wear, but for the amount of time I have spent in them, it is about what I would expect. I am a size 9.5 regular shoe. The first pair of boots are a 10, they fit tightly, but comfortably, with waders. My 2nd pair are a size 11, they obviously have a looser fit, and I was concerned they would not provide the ankle support of the size 10, being a larger size. Why buy the same boot in different sizes? I have been through 6 or 7 pairs of wader boots over the past 20 years. Many have been well know, high price brands. All have been disappointing in one way or another. So why the 2nd pair when the first pair are still fully functional? When you find something that is far better than anything else you have experienced before, you nurture that relationship! I have spent up to 18 hours in these boots, I usually walk 6 to 7 miles over soft sand carrying 15-20 pounds of gear each time I go fishing. I have walked +12 miles on many occasions (I use a smart watch to track my outings, the battery usually dies around the 12 mile mark). When you have made the decision that you are not quitting until you catch a fish, there are only 3 things that matter. What your heart desires, what your mind demands and what your feet tell you.Foxelli wading boots deliver incredible foot support and comfort, on long outings, over many miles. They keep the sand out! Without sounding ridiculous, from my experience with other wading boots, this is unparalleled. I still scratch my head when I take them off and there is no sand inside the boots. I have never had any discomfort, despite the many miles and no issues with foot pain the day after a fishing trip. So why 2 pairs in different sizes. The size 10 will be my late spring/early fall boots, the 11’s will be my early spring/late fall boots. Socks have their say. When I have walked for what seem endless hours, when my heart and mind are at odds, when I wear these boots, the only voice that is worth listening too always seems say….”just keep putting one of us in front of the other”.

I'm a 5'2 woman who normally wears size 8 shoes. Maybe I was looking in the wrong places but most of the women's wading boots I found were either cheap-looking or wildly overpriced so I opted for this brand which, though advertised for men, had the durable design and affordable price I was looking for. I did roll the dice a bit by ordering my true size 8 (I thought for sure they'd end up being massive), but I am very pleased with the result. I wear them with small L.L Bean waders and the stockings fit the boots well, maybe still on the larger size but not enough for me to complain. I've only worn them a handful of times but I put them to work and they are comfortable, durable, and lightweight, all as advertised.

I used this for a solid weekend of creek wading and fly fishing. They were comfortable and sturdy. Just as solid of a product as something you could spend twice as much for. Also, one of the suggested review items is "Light Weight." I kind of rolled my eyes, because how can something be lightweight when it's full of water and you're walking through water? But then I thought more about my experience with them and realized that when I wasn't in water and immediately leaving the water, not once did I feel the boots. They truly are lightweight.I wear a size US 10 men's shoe and XXL waders. I bought US 12 men's boots and they fit my feet and waders perfectly. I probably could have gotten away with an 11, but it would have been tight. They say that they are sized to buy the same size shoe as you wear, but I would be wary and buy a size or two up.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Glad I made the choice to go with these and look forward to using them for years.

I've had these boots now for 2 seasons, I purchased them to use in my float tube and pontoon fishing craft. Very happy with these boots I had a very light wieght canvas pair of boots the that I completely wore out and replaced with these. They are less bulcky than most wading boots witch makes putting on your fin easier.Pros: great traction, the raised pads on the heel helps to retain the strap for the fins. After a year and a half all materail are holding up well.Cons: the tongues are to thick and difficult to stuff in. The boots are light untill the get wet then they get very heavy and take days to dry out, even in Arizona.Inprovments would be to use closed cell foam in places were possible and reduce the size of the tongues.

These boots are great, I normally wear a size 10 in my street shoes and they said the add a size when ordering (11) and they fit perfect. My feet normally feel very tight and cramped with wading boots but not with these, they are very comfortable. I thought they would be on the heavy side because of how Cush they are but they are not heavy at all. I’ve taking they out a few times now and iam a fan! They feel great, they look good, and so far they preform good.I did the above review in 7/26/22……. It’s now 10/22/24 and I can say the boots are still in great shape, still super comfy, no rips, and surprisingly the laces are still holding up. Normally I always replaces laces after the first season……. When the time comes I will buy another pair…… hell I’ll probably get another pair just to have ready to go if need be.
