Left hand was affected by a stoke making use of regular gloves difficult to put on. The mitten allows me to keep my left hand warm during cold winter days with ease of putting on.

I typically wear a large glove. After doing the measurements provided in the description I wasn't surprised to see that the seller recommended a large mitten. When they (finally) arrived, they were huge. There was at least an inch excess length in the thumb, and about an inch surplus width through the palm. Too bad, because the material felt comfortable, although it had a loose weave. Doubtful as a stand-alone mitten but perhaps adequate as a liner, which was my intention. Returned.

These are a thinner wool mitt that should be warmer than a comparable fleece glove. They work well as a liner for an overmitt shell. Just what I was looking for.

These wool mitts are just as described they fit properly with the thumb being comfortable; not like some mitts with a thumb that is too short. Good quality and price!

These mittens fit perfectly inside my leather mittens for warmth and comfort. They shrank just a little after washing but will stretch back out some. Still a perfect fit. They stay inside my leather mittens when I take them off to do things that are difficult with mittens on (cutting strings on haybales, etc.) and are easy enough to get back on. My hands warm back up immediately.Update - I mentioned that they shrank just a little after washing... Well, I failed to read the washing instructions and washed them then dried them in the dryer. Big no no. Hand wash, line dry. I may have to order another pair just because I like them to fit a little looser to make getting on and off easier.

These are quite thin and fit my hand with no extra. For what I wanted, they’re perfect. In fact, I usually take a medium but followed the guide that said I needed a small. I want them to be a liner in a leather over mitt. I’m having a hard time finding one that doesn’t have a “glove liner”. If I wanted gloves I would order gloves. Anyway, I did find some leather mitts so I believe these mitts will be perfect!

I LOVE these mittens. First let me say I ordered these and the "Double Ragg Mitten" from Fox River and I really like them both. This is a much thinner version -- the Double Ragg has two layers (and so is that much warmer). But this little mitten really does it's job. We are currently in the middle of a cold snap. The low this morning was -3 and I wore these little mitts to drive to the health club. First, you need to understand that my hands get VERY COLD. I am wearing mittens whenever the temperature is below 50 degrees. I can feel the cold through many mittens from the steering wheel, but I found these to be very comfortable and kept the cold at bay -- for the most part. My hands got cool, but certainly not uncomfortably cold. I love that they are light weight and thin, but warm. WARNING... I would NOT recommend these for windy days outside. Because they are thin (and I think because they are a natural fiber) they are NOT very good at blocking wind. But for keeping hands warm, I think they're great. I find them very comfortable.Sizing - I ordered the small and I find them just a little long on my hand, but I'm fine with it because they keep my hand warm. They do not seem tight around my palm either -- very comfy fit there.
