I am a 5 ft 5 120lbs female and let me tell you it is hard to find these that actually work. So glad they do. I use them for dirt biking, they are on the smaller side but I would rather have them on the small side then on the larger side.

It’s Fox. So good quality and generally good fit. Left off a star only because the way the upper arm strap and pads are designed, the pad fits with the child’s chest protector arm pad and strap (they overlap on both my 7 and 10 year olds). The chest protectors are also Fox Youth...so should have worked better together.

My son has constantly scraped elbows from crashing. These were just what he needed. They have 3 velcro straps (2 that go below the elbow on the forearm and 1 that goes above the elbow around the bicep). There is also a stretchy thin mesh fabric that is on the forearm section that the user slides their arm into, then the velcro straps cinch it down. These have been great and they are "tested" every time he rides. Just for refrence, my boy is 7, about 60 lbs and around 4'4".

These are really strong and offer great protection for riding. They are over-the-top for skateboarding, but for riding they will hold up to a good hard fall in the rocks.It takes a bit to get them on, they have multiple straps. I wish they could be pulled a little tighter, but they don't move when worn over a sweatshirt so I'm not taking off any stars for that. My son has no problem moving his arms and doesn't complain about them being uncomfortable.

These worked extremely well for my 7 year old. Really good protection for the elbows and forearms. Very secure. Very good quality. You might have issues though if you use these in conjunction with the fox racing chest guard. The chest guard raps around the mid to upper arm snugly (unlike other some other chest guards). If you have a much younger one, under 7 or petite in size, the chest guard arm raps will probably overlap the elbow guard wraps on the upper arm. It might be bulky and uncomfortable in that situation. This isn't a problem for my child, but def could be for a littler one. I absolutely recommend these. Very happy with this purchase.
