6'3 200 lb with an 11.5' forearm and a 12' bicep where the strap goes. I got a L/XL. As you can see these are just too big. The bicep strap fits well but the forearms are inhuman. The sizing chart that came with them say 30-34 in what I can only assume is CM. These straps at there tightest are lose for a 34 cm tube. I can't help but think I got sent knee/ shin guards if it wasn't for the bicep strap fitting perfectly. I'm going to return these and order the small and will update this review when I get them in.
