I needed to replace the motor on my A.C. fan and works great. The price was super considering scrap yard wanted 45.00 for a used motor.

It finally went out a year later but it was good while it lasted. Had this installed for a good month now live in Texas and it’s been triple digits here and this motor is going strong you can here it when you step out of the truck keeps my truck cold

I have a 08 dodge ram 1500. My ac fan was going out so I took a chance on this one a it fits and works good. And I didn't have to spend a ton of money. The tip for doing this job is to go to YouTube and look for the video that will show you how to do it without disconnecting your ac lines witch would be extra money you don't need to spend

the shaft on original fan motor is flat on one side for a key. this shaft is rounded. so throw away the key from old motor and put washer on the fan blads and it works perfectly.

Replaced motor form a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 slt. Was pretty easy after watching videos. You do not have to make any cuts to the actual housing, I found it easy to remove cross bar (4 bolts, bar where the hood rest on). Used wing nut from old version w replacement. Just make sure you give it a spin after TIGHTENING so it doesn’t sound like the fan is scraping against the wall of the shroud. 45-60min job. Some scrapes on hands, use gloves

Dodge will say you need to discharge the AC system and remove the whole assembly, this can be done in less than an hour by moving the shroud back and replacing just the motor. Motor is just as quiet as OEM.
