50-50 shot. One works perfectly. The second arrived broken (the screw for the battery compartment was busted, and the case lid doesn't stay put. The battery in that one doesn't seem to work. Unfortunately, I discovered it all too late to return the second one for a replacement. Oh, well. I guess I now own a lead-acid power strip.

No issues keeps lights from dimming when air-conditionier turns on.. I was concerned TV would be damaged.

I purchased this product to replace how much smaller and less powerful product. Immediately the battery back up half of the product did not work. I contacted customer service for the product and the gentleman was 100% incompetent. Don’t buy this product runaway. Thankfully, Amazon provided me with a refund.

The unit arrived with the battery compartment cover broken. The tabs that hold the cover in place were broken off. Other than that, everything seems to work. Only tested under a small load but battery backup kicks on as it should.
