This is an RF forward reverse switch with 30A relay for use from 12V to 72V. It is available in two modes, momentary and self-locking, with the default mode being self-locking. Has remote control capability,Widely used in Linear Actuator, Towing Winches and other forward reverse motor applications.

This is my 2nd product, the 1st one burnt out. I'm not sure if I forgot to press the stop button or the remote control didn't work. Regardless who's at fault, since I didn't install a 10amp fuse, it burnt the product. Always add a fuse and on/off switch if you're leaving and don't want it running. I use this for my electric awning on my van and it works good 👍 keep in mind= fuse and on/off switch.

To the seller: how do you factory reset the small remotes. I have two of these relays, one relay on each side of a double swing gate. One small key fob remote opens two gates but only closes one. One another small key fob remote opens and closes both gates but at different speeds and times, I’m assuming because of a bad RF connection and tiny antenna on the key fob remote. I then have to get the 2 large remotes that only control one gate each, and toggle each side separately in momentary mode until each gate is even and closed.How do you factory reset the small remotes so they only control one relay each. I want to empty what was learned and reprogram them how they came from the factory. Each key fob remote controlling one relay, not one remote trying to control both sides as they never match up, assuming because of a poor RF connection and pushing minuscule amount of watts between the transmitter and receiver.Everything else is working, I will update my review if the seller can explain how to factory reset the small key fob remotes.

So this did work for a couple minutes and then burnt up on me. The old ATV winch motor i was trying to use it on didn't have a legible data plate so I was guessing base on the wire size coming out of the motor. I guessed wrong so this would be good on something small like maybe RC car type stuff. The directions were good and it was easy enough to mount.

Using this to replace a gate controller…..the consumer model everyone has that always seems to have control board issues. Instead of an expensive control board, I bought this inexpensive reverse polarity relay switch to control my12v gate arm. It works awesome for that purpose. No, it doesn’t have the safety features of the original control board but I’m watching the gate as I have to be there to close it and set up this switch in momentary mode so I have to hold the button to open/close the gate. I am seriously happy with this purchase. It saved me a TON of money and actually works better than the original setup for my situation.
