It wasnt well balanced, ran out all over the place, Was using it on my tool post grinder and had to true it up a bunch but it did the job and didnt blow up in my face with all the trueing so not bad. Delivered fast.I dont know how someone would use this with a hand held tool it is real out of wack from the start.

i have purchased this type of stone from dewalt and use it to grind off the color of decorative concrete bricks. I bought this one from forney in expectation it would work similarly. I broke in half with in the first half hour of use.. It is too thin? I had the thicker version from Forney it it did not break but instead wore out rather quickly around the screw hold it on the shaft and thus would not turn on the shaft. The dewalt are one single piece. no screws. all the same material for grinding.

It's a grinding wheel so what can I say. It works as good as any other wheel that I have.

Very nice grinding stone. I like that it doesn't have a lot of the shaft sticking out at the end so I can get closer to a wall when grinding (if needed).
