Not everything older was worse, having this recessed in the wall is the best. This modern stuff is stupid..comes with a bracket and a spring for retrofit (cut hole and go)

First off, this TP holder takes the large deluxe bathroom tissue rolls with no problem. It looks fine and is made of metal, not plastic.I highly recommend, if you are installing it between studs in a hollow wall, tape the large spring and the bracket that sits inside the wall together. I used blue painters tape (I love that stuff). If not taped together, you run the risk of easily accidentally knocking the bracket and spring down into the hollow of the wall cavity when you are trying to align and start the two mounting screws that hold everything together. That can create a big problem trying to fish it all out. You could use any sort of tape. it can stay in place forever after the install never to be seen agian.

Nice piece. comes with an installation bracket with an assist spring for most installs. It also has screws to this install, or screws for installation into a wood backing.

This simple bathroom fixture has elicited many complements from guests. Crazy how something so simple can add so much (for lack of a better word), class to a small guest bathroom. And simple to install. make sure nothing behind the drywall, NO STUDS in the way and ensure that you have a good drywall punch saw and a phillips head screwdriver. And if you don't have one, get a good stud finder with AC electricity detection capabilities before hacking into your wall.

A little plastic roller but the paint is nice. Feels ok for the price. Setup was fairly easy. I had to figure out how the spring keeps the brace on. I used tape so it wouldn’t slip then install was easy

Read the reviews. Many seemed a bit off and why this product is terrible etc etc.I ordered the chrome version and upon check out it told me I needed the extra parts to install.Clicked on that.All came in ONE box with clear instructions to follow. Still need to put that into the wall, but I see no issue with this product so far. Looks pretty simple to install. New bathroom build for me so this should be easy.Full metal chrome housing...I would say a bit of a variation of chrome to silver to brush nickle (you be the judge as I took a shot of my chrome shower to see the difference), but I am with the person that this is more of a silver/chrome look and pretty thick metal too. The paper holder actually looks more chrome vs the housing. I am not complaining. Its good enough for what we need. From a distance you can't tell really.Looks well made in my view. Paper holder is plastic. I was NOT expecting it to be metal.Different length screws, instructions and spring with back hold (full metal bracket).Does NOT look cheap and again this is my view.Saved me some cash vs going to a store etc. Came in a day.

I wanted to do an update. I have had this installed for quite sometime now. it is Sleek and Very Clean looking. i have had Zero problems with it. And believe it or not, i have had quite a few compliments on it.. which is nice, but odd considering what the item is, but that goes to show you that i made a good choice.i love how it SAVES SPACE and tucks the paper partially inside the wall.I ended up not using the spring for the insulation, but its great to have that so you can have a few options for installing. I have now grown to really like this product Brand Name.i would also like to add, it IS a beautiful PURE WHITE item, and that was exactly what i was looking for. it does not look cheap. in future i will buy this exact same product again and again for all my home bathroom renovations.
