Had slight sucking noise EVERY time I pushed the accelerator. Drove me nuts. For the $30 for this part, took the chance in hopes it would help per research online. God bless this thing eliminated the noise 90-95%. Truck is a pleasure to drive again.

I needed vac line check valves for my Jeep TJ and even though these are for specific Ford vehicles, these are the perfect diameter inlet/outlet . . . and they work.

Bought for my 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, which was making a hissing noise whenever I accelerated. Checked my vaccum lines and it everything looked fine so only thing left was this piece. Replaced it and no more hissing! Also use a zip tie for the ends for added security.

I had very hard time finding the correct part for my 1995 f-150 5.0, I order this one thinking it would work, then I found out I needed the one with 1 in 2 out. I bought a 1 in 2 out vacuum line adaptor and connected it to this 1 in 1 out, to make it 1 in 2 out, added a 1/4 inch long piece of vacuum line and connected it like stock part, worked great. My issue was my heater/fan vents would stop blowing under load, this resolved the issue.
