The drums work for making noise, however they don't sound good due to the thin papery material used for the drum face. They're more like toys rather than instruments but are fine for my use.

I used these drums to help the Haiti U20 soccer team qualify to the second round of the CONCACAF tournament. I shared the drums with others in the crowds and thanks to the sticks, we were LOUD with a great groove that got the team the extra energy they needed to score the goal that qualified them for the next round.The drums are super light, they emit a super clear noise, great rhythms. All around an excellent purchase for my needs.

After reading the reviews I thought eh if anything the kids will have fun with it. I bought a single $40 drum, and honestly these sound better. I was really shocked at how good these sound, and the quality is really good as well.

These are not Musical quality but are perfect for a child or children to practice beat on. These are much better than a full size drum set.
