2) What can I do to retain the Face ID of my phone?
2.Face ID only works with the original front camera and sensors assembly for user protection, you have to install the original iPhone 11 digitizer screen components on our screen correctly
If the Face ID doesn’t work after using the screen installation, please make sure all the parts are put in the correct places, and reset the Face ID on your iPhone 11 setting then do a hard reset
3）There are black/white dots or lines on the LCD iPhone11 6.1" screen, what should I do?
3.This may be caused during transportation, incorrect installation, or incorrect usage of the screen, please do not press too hard on the screen or drop it during installation or daily use
4) Why does the touch function can't work properly after connecting all the cables?
4.The touch issue might be caused because the cables are not installed correctly.Please try to unplug all the connectors on the logic board.Then use Alcohol Cotton or cotton swabs to wipe all the sockets carefully and reinstall the screen. Make sure you connect all the connectors correctly with a "click" sound and make sure the metal plate over the connectors of the LCD digitizer for iPhone 11 is screwed down properly.

This kit included are the necessary tools. The instructions print was very small and difficult to read. I found it much easier to follow a You Tube video to complete the install.

I order one screen from this company, it was an easy installation, also the screen knows that the screen isn’t Apple official, there’s nothing you can do, only certified shops can install verified screens. But when I turned the phone on the screen was sometimes unresponsive. I may have gotten a defective screen. I ordered a replacement one and returned the old screen, installed the new screen and works perfectly fine! Sometimes you get defective items but glad this company allows replacements! I give a 5 star for easy replacement and easy return!

Used this to fix the broken screen on my kids iphone, and it came out perfect. Use a hairdryer to slowly melt the glue under the screen, and use the plastic spudger to clean up any remaining glue on the frame before you put the new glue on. The included screen protector is mega trash, throw it away and get a good one.Insane value considering how much it would have cost to get it fixed at an apple store.

Came with all tools necessary to do the job.. Less than 20 minutes to repair.. Screen works great, looks great, and is very responsive.. Got a message that is not an apple verified product but for a phone I’ve have for a few years now and a $20 repair, it’s not bad at all.. That also doesn’t seem to affect any usability.. Grateful to have my phone back working 5 times cheaper than the cheapest local repair shop..

This screen works well, my son loves to break his screen I’ve bought three of these. However the quality is like original. It’s just as fast. I suggest getting a good tempered glass screen protector and case. The screen fits the phone great every time. The install is easy. They give you all the tools you need.

I bought this in March and it is middle of April now and the screen has suddenly got hot, went dark and stopped working. I can see the phone is still on but it isnt working. The phone wasnt dropped and has a strong case with screen protector at all times. Its my daughters (30yrs) phone and she just texts, calls and reads books on it. She doesnt play games on it, rarely uses social media and occasionally watches tv it. She has an ipad too so that is used for tv and games. The screen worked good when it was working but not worth it.
