Q1: How to do if the screen is blank/not lighting up/white line/flashing after installed?
A1: If the screen cannot turn on, that's because the iPhone 11 LCD connector did not fully installed correctly or got loosen. When it happens, please reinstall the connectors and do a hard reset on your device.
Q2: Does it come with front camera and other accessories that are on the normal screen?
A2: NO, this iPhone 11 LCD screen came with the back metal plate, but DOESN'T INCLUDE the front camera, ear-speaker and sensors, you have to transfer them from your original screen.

This screen does work and has everything you need to replace it, but like a cheap watch it has a massive black stripe around the edge and the screen isn’t actually centered so the black stripe is bigger at the bottom. The black is a terrible blue black that looks awful in comparison to the screen I replaced and the resolution is terrible and not nearly as sharp. I won’t be buying a nameless brand ever again - it’s not worth the savings if you spend much time looking at your screen, like I do. But, hey, it does work?

My phone started having feedback issues with the touch screen, so I thought I’d try to replace it myself. It was super easy to take apart and the video made the installation easy enough with all the tiny pieces. But once I got it all back together, restarted, and back on; the Face ID feature doesn’t work anymore. I reset Face ID and tried to reenable it but it says it’s not available at this time. The product is labeled that it has Face ID capability but I’m unsure if it does or if it’s faulty.I don’t think it’s worth it to take it back apart and troubleshoot or replace it. I’ll be fine with my passcode. Still good bang for your buck regardless of the Face ID issue.

2 months into using the screen it no longer works. No touch response and screen doesn’t light up. Troubleshooting area posted in Amazon is useless. Frustrating. Only have email address - will see how they respond.Update- seller credited my account and sent a new screen. This one has been working for the past week. They responded to my email and resolved the problem quickly. Overall I’m happy with the resolution so I’ll update rating to 4 stars.

Came nicely packaged, fast, and for the most part was easy to understand how to replace. The color coded tools and magnetic screw mat was extremely helpful. Would buy again. Thank you.*I would like to add that since I made this review, I had an issue with one of the phones and the seller and I communicated. The seller was knowledgeable and offered a replacement immediately. The issue turned out to not be due to the screen and i didn't need a replacement. I haven't had any problems since. I just wanted to say thanks to the seller for the quick help and the offer to send a replacement without question. I will for sure use this seller again if I need anything they have to offer. And the warranty that comes with the screens is also completely worth it. Thank you!

My son accidentally cracked his phone screen but I was so glad I found this product that fit my son phone perfectly and it had everything I needed to replace the screen everything worked perfectly and and it was actually very easy to do once you fallow the installation video. Everything went smoothly and to get a free screen protector with the the package that was also awesome I would recommend to everyone about this product

الشاشة كويسة ركبت بدون مشاكل لكن جات بدون اللاصق اللي يجي في اطراف الشاشة.العدة اللي جات معاها غير عن اللي في الصورة وجودتها سيئةتحديث:بعد يوم واحد الشاشة صارت تضغط من نفسها وتعلق للأسف
