Worked well and the results look great. The kit had all the necessary supplies to complete the task including adhesive and screen protector.

This kit had everything I needed to do a successful repair and then some! (Seriously, there’s an extra screwdriver that goes to nothing, not sure why) the instructions were a little lacking for a first timer though so I relied heavily on YouTube videos to get the job done. I really liked the little screw board to help you keep track of which screws go where though. That was a lovely touch!

My aging iPhone X is practically falling apart with the amount of use and abuse it still gets and with one accidental drop the screen got destroyed beyond repair.Being tight on cash not being able to get another premium screen repair I decided to spend $20 on this kit, and I was probably the best $20 I’ve ever spent.Paid $20, kit came the next day with full install instructions that were easy to follow alongside all the tools that were included with the toughest part being aligning the waterproof seal. In less than an hour my phone was back to life! The screen itself is nowhere near original factory quality being LCD instead of OLED, a bit of a soft picture, and increased battery consumption. But honestly for $20 this is all priceless and works.I am typing this review on this screen and will continue to enjoy it until either I need another one or finally get a much needed upgrade from this phone

I'm glad this kit provides screwdrivers and other tools for repairing the phone. It was not too difficult, and the instructions were clear.

Screen worked great for about a week and then all the sudden the LCD started having issues showing black or dark colors. (NEVER DROPPED OR WET OR IN THE BATHROOM WHILE TAKING HOT SHOWER AFTER NEW SCREEN INSTALLED) Screen was Installed Professionally, and installed with the new waterproof seal provided. No issues with the touch screen and the screen still works during the time it displays the imperfections. This issue does happen on all colors at random but it mainly occurs only on the darker colors. This is the first bad experience I’ve ever had to deal with on any after market screen I’ve bought before. Might just be bad luck, but always keep in mind that there is a reason why “OEM Grade Parts” are more expensive than the after market replacements these companies offer.

I just did two iPhone XR's with two of these kits. I'm a general IT person where I work, not specifically a device repair professional. I dig into laptops regularly but have done just a few phone screen replacements. This kit is mostly ok. I'm very pleased that it includes the three special screwdrivers because they are very small and specific. The instructions are usable, although I paused for a while trying to understand the warning about not pulling too hard on a cable and messing up the Face ID system. I never did quite grasp the specifics of the warning through reading, so I forged ahead, and fortunately, I was gentle enough not to mess anything up.Do pay attention to the instruction related to disconnecting the battery cable. Through handling the disassembled pieces, I ended up with an iPhone that was on but without a screen, and it took another look through the instructions to realize they had pointed out the location of the battery connector. At the stage of prying the old screen away, I had to use my own tiny metal screwdriver. The flimsy plastic prying tools provided in this kit a) don't fit in the tiny gap, and b) break if you try to use them on said gap. Yes, I did put some marks on the exterior of the iPhones using the metal screwdriver. These were company phones that are already beat up (and kept in protective cases that hide the tool marks), but if I had been working on someone's private device, I would have been much more concerned about this issue.
