Product arrived quickly and well packaged. It had all the extra tools I needed to successfully install. The first installation had an issue, and within 15 minutes of emailing the seller, I had a second screen being delivered in 48 hours with tracking. Arrived quickly and again packed well with all tools needed. Works perfectly and very happy.

This kit comes with everything you need to replace the iPad screen. Find a good, detailed video to walk you through it and you're set. It IS thin glass, so take your time and make sure it's in the right position so you don't break it again like I did. Customer service was fantastic at helping me get a replacement quickly and easily-- handled it just a few emails (save the card in the box). I've got the new one properly installed, and everything's in working order, touch screen works just fine. It even comes with a screen protector. I can't speak to the quality of that just yet, but I'm satisfied with the replacement for the value paid.

Fixed kids Ipad , touch screen wouldn’t work when it was shatteredStill need work on the home lock button since it is an older model but this product fit perfectly on a 6th gen I believe it was for … anyway, great buy good investment for the field.comes wi the all necessary tools needed to get the job done.

Just finished installation. My screen was shattered so removal was tough. Covering screen with tape and a heat gun was helpful but major cleaning was needed afterwards. Used GoofOff, alcohol, and scraping to get the tape area spotless. My kit included 3mm double sided tape but also pre-installed tape that held beautifully to the clean surface. Incl tape not needed. Only problem was unable to use my fingerprint home button (broke mine) but only a minor inconvenience. Saw reviews that said the inside of new screen wasn't protected by plastic and almost thought same but close look at one tiny corner showed it really was there. Ipad is in its case and working perfectly now..looks new.I would recommend this brand. Will update if any change to review

Attaching the screen was effortless. Removing the old screen was most of the work. There were no issues with adhesion or the screen's quality. Touch works. The button works. It is important to note that third-party Home buttons do not support Touch id functionality, so be prepared to use your old button if you want to use Touch id functionality. Great product.

My husband replaced our 8 year old’s iPad screen with this. First, the wrong color was sent. A bit aggravating, but not the end of the world. Our kiddo just wanted to be able to use his iPad again. My husband has done this a LOT (replaced screens). He is an IT Director and has been in IT his whole life, so he’s very technically savvy, too. However, my point in stating he’s done this a lot is important, I believe, because he absolutely knows what he’s doing and is very comfortable replacing screens on all types of tablets and cell phones.The screen arrived on time and was in perfect condition. As I noted, they sent a black screen, we ordered a white. Whatever. He sat down and went over the instructions to be sure (not a brand he’s worked with specifically) he wasn’t missing anything.He finished pretty quickly, and put it somewhere hidden to dry or whatever (I am NOT good at these things, lol) and gave it to our son two days later when he returned from his Grammy’s.3/4 of the screen worked. Then within an hour, half of it worked. It went in and out, but the entire screen never worked at one time.Our son is 8. This was very upsetting. My husband is busy- he was very annoyed that he ordered this and knows he did the job correctly only to have ANOTHER screen that doesn’t work and a kid who was so sad and disappointed. I was/am aggravated. We spent the money, it didn’t work. We had to buy ANOTHER screen. I had to deal with a grumpy hubby and miserable child.
