Battery did not had charge , returned product but refund money not recieved . Not good customer service. Be cautious when you buy

Works fine. Has a charge already in it.To install, watch carefully when you remove the old battery. There will be a small tab sticking out of it. You need to note where that tab was positioned in the watch.When you insert the new battery, insert that tab into the same hole as you place the battery. Also, you'll need to move the lever at the top of the battery out of the way.

This new rechargeable battery for my citizen revived my old watch. It is as easy to replace as a regular button battery.
