This case came with a screen protector that was shattered. In order to get a new screen protector I would have to return it all and wait for new ones to be resent. I just ordered new screen protector. It would have been simpler to just send me a new screen protector.

If I hold all the pieces, with the help of another person, then it will snap together. As soon as the silicone sleeve goes on, it busts apart. Perhaps the item I received is bent or warped. I have to return.
