This Foosball rod lubricant works wonders! My rods are fast and smooth again, and the no-spill applicator makes it so easy to apply without any mess. Simply wipe the rods with a clean, dry microfiber cloth, then run the applicator along the top and bottom of the rods. There's no stickiness, just smooth gameplay. It’s the perfect solution to keep my foosball table running smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their game!

I recently got an old Deutscher Meister foosball table (made in "Western" Germany, according to the manufacturer's documentation). I don't think that the table's rods had been lubricated since the table was shipped to America sometime in the 1970s.After rubbing down the rods with steel wool, some generous dabs of this lubricant on the rods means that they now spin much more freely, there are no longer creaks in some of the bearings, and my shots are much faster. The lubricant is excellent and easy to apply with the built-in applicator. So why am I giving the lubricant four (rather than five) stars? It is because there were no instructions provided on the box or on the bottle regarding how to apply the lubricant.I noted that at least one reviewer had a problem with the lubricant leaking out after the bottle had been resting on its side. I suspect that this reviewer had removed the seal from the top before squeezing the lubricant onto the applicator. Don't do this! Don't take the seal off! Instead, put a pin hole into it.When I removed the applicator top, I put a pin hole into the middle of the seal. I found this to be sufficient to allow enough lubricant onto the applicator (when I squeeze the bottle) to provide good lubrication to the rods. By only having a pinhole in the seal, this minimizes evaporation and possible leakage if the bottle is on its side. This is good lubricant, but don't take the seal off!

We bought an elderly foosball game table. Not this item, but new bearings, all the men removed, the end caps replaced, the twist rods pulled out and polished, and all reassembled, means that we could simply and quickly apply the silicone lube, making it MUCH easier to pull and push the men around on the field, and to quickly spin the rods to perform bicycle kicks (just kidding; the ball never leaves the table - but if you're accurate, one may achieve notable propulsion with the now-slick kicker rod twists.Well done.

Came quickly in a small box, padded at both ends with bubble wrap.I like the design of the bottle - there's a screw-on cap that allows access to the sealed bottle, and a blue cap that fits securely on top of that. The screw-on cap has a permeable application head so you can get the stuff where you need it.The bottle's seal is a pain, though this is preferable to an oily mess in a box. It might require a knife to get the thick seal off the bottle, and getting a clean removal might be tricky.Good product. Smells faintly of machine oil as you might expect. Light weight. I will update if I have trouble.

Going from applying a silicone lubricant grease via toothpick, this was awesome. Very easy to apply evenly. Performed very well.

Maybe this isn't a fair review because I'm not using this on a foosball table, but this didn't seem to help much on my patio door track...I'm not sure if its the lubricant or if my track is just really gummed up.Also, this says "no spill applicator" but the other day I had this bottle laying down on a table and it was in a puddle of the oil...so.....

We have a Tornado table and the rods were getting a bit sticky. This is 100% silicone liquid per the manufacturer's labeling. It did work well on our table but not sure if the dauber bottle is the way to go. I seem to be able to do it quicker with just some silicone and a lint free shop towel or microfiber. But it did do the trick. Is not Made in USA like some of the other options and there are cheaper versions of this, so took one star off for that. But overall it worked well and if you like the dauber then you'll probably be happy.

This lubricant made a HUGE difference on my dynamo foosball table. Table has been in my basement for >10 years and has not been lubricated in that time. No idea why, we just hadn’t thought of it. This applicator is much like a marker in that the lubricant soaks through the porous tip. Very little silicon is needed to make a massive difference in playability, and this applicator painted it on perfectly. My gosh what an improvement in just 5 minutes.
