Love the lights. Good glue on the back, stuck to the wall well. Lights are bright. I installed the app and operate them thru that, no complaints. Happy with my purchase.

We unboxed the lights and plugged them in. They seemed to work fine while all rolled up. We out them on the ceiling, plugged them in, and a section about a foot long didn't work.I can't say anything about customer service because I never contacted them or tries to send the lights back. I had a 100' strand I had bought earlier and used the power source from these lights. The power source to these lights were fine.

I installed these lights in my kitchen as crown molding, and they turned out fantastic. Not only do they add a fun and vibrant touch, but they also cleverly hide where the paint isn't perfectly aligned with the wall and ceiling, which was an unexpected bonus. Even when the lights are off, they still look great and add a polished look to the room. The lights were super easy to install by myself and are also very easy to use. The ability to change colors is so much fun, and the wide variety of options means there's always the perfect hue for any mood or occasion.Be sure to measure your space before buying. I made the mistake of not measuring, and 100 feet was not quite enough. Luckily, I had also purchased a 50-foot roll at the same time, so I was able to complete the project. These lights are a fantastic addition to any room, and I couldn't be happier with how they transformed my kitchen.
