I love this stool because it's not too short and it's not too high. I have several of those smaller plastic foldable stools that are about 10-12 inches high. That's okay for getting into higher cabinets, but not into the back of them. I also have a four-level taller metal step stool/ladder that is super useful, but just heavy enough to be a pain to retrieve and use.This stool is the happy medium. I keep it folded out for use at all times in our laundry room where we have really tall and deep cabinets. It's lightweight and easy to carry around to other rooms. It's also easy to storage if I need it out of the way because of the foldability. It's very sturdy and I'm never afraid of falling off it or it bending with me on it.The stool looks nice in our laundry room because we have a black/white/teal theme, but being that it's black, it kind of fades into the background. I think it's a good value for the money and I will probably buy another one for our upstairs where we have tall bookshelves.

Its sturdy and yet light. The kids have no problem at all folding or unfolding it. Definitely makes it easier for them to reach the counter and cabinets. Doesn't slip or slide around when being used. Once its folded up it fits between the fridge and the cabinets great so that its out the way.

Bought this for our laundry room as my wife isn’t able to reach the upper cabinets. It folds down super skinny so is easy to store on the side of the washer. Easy to set up and use, and also light weight. Would recommend for small spaces like a laundry room if you have hard to reach cabinets/shelves and where you need a stool that is small and compact.
