These types of stools would never be my first choice of portable seating but I needed something as lightweight and low profile as possible. I was on a Mardi Gras float in a two-hour parade and had to have something to take breaks on during five total hours I was on the float. I’m fit for my seventy years but I’m also tall. It was decently stable on a moving and uneven structure and I was never at risk of falling off of it. It folded nicely out of the way when I was standing up. It’s very lightweight and easy to carry. Good purchase!

Very light weight, but also very sturdy! It worked for exactly what I needed. Would absolutely recommend! I will likely buy a second one just for convenience to leave at another location!

Need easily transportable folding chairs that did not hurt to stand from after sitting awhile. These are tall enough, the seat area is small, just big enough. Not for long comfortable sits, more for function and no sore knees from trying to sit on, of get up from a short seat.

I've been using this tripod stool for a few weeks. I ended up buying one through REI which was lower. I would use it as an emergency seat. I needed something a little taller but I can see when you go taller it becomes less stable. I choose this color because I can see if someone picks it up. I do like this being taller and a carrying bag. I would suggest this as a quick chair. I'll do a follow up for longevity.

I got this to toss in the stroller while we are out and about. It folds real small and seems to be built well. I don’t weigh much but it seems to have great support. It’s easy enough to use that I can take it with us shopping so I have a place to sit while my wife is browsing. This chair works amazing! I also really like the orange color.

Works great but maybe they where stored in a place where moisture got into the legs and rusted?? The paint is intact but texturally bubbled

Bought for a small 5 foot, 100 lb. adult women for hiking and camping but it's too small if your over ten years old. Had to return.

A good height for 5'2" person. Seat feels sturdy enough while being very light and portable. I like the velcro tab to hold it together and the strap on the chair to carry without the bag (which also has a carry strap).
