The design of this ball hopper is convenient, and the capacity is sufficient, but upon receiving it, I found that the product was deformed and the connection was damaged, likely due to insufficient protection during shipping. The overall structure is not very sturdy, and it is not stable during use. I recommend the seller improve the packaging protection to prevent damage during transportation.

This product is very flimsy and not durable at all. I used it twice, and it already broke. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.

This was the best idea for a gift!! Easy to assemble and great for those who are seasoned adults! Don’t have to bend over. A back saver for sure

This product does a nice job keeping me from bending over to pick up pickleballs, so that gets it a "5." However, I find that the dimensions are too small to fit pickleballs. the dimensions are about 5" x 5" or about square; but the pickleball diameter is about 2 7/8". What happens when I pick up the pickleballs, they tend to jam along the width of the basket regardless of whether I pick up 5-6 or 16 balls. They don't align neatly along the diagonal of the basket. So emptying the basket needs to be done manually; they don't just pour out, I have to pry them out. So this gives the product a "1." It would be a better product if the dimensions were a bit larger, maybe 12" x 12". The height is fine. The springs at the bottom of the basket through which the balls pass are too tight for pickleballs, but maybe ok for smaller, softer, tennis balls. I would consider buying a larger version of this product. Overall, a "3".

bought this to help pick up tennis balls that i throw for my dog. She can go through 100 balls in a session and having this to pick them up quickly and dump back in the basket is a back saver!!! Could i bend down and pick them all up? sure? do i want to? NOPE. Great product, it even works pretty good on my lumpy not perfect lawn! it's sturdy and stores easily! 5 stars! Thanks!
