My cat could not stand this thing; would grip onto me over being set down on it. Not sure if it was a smell, or if she could just sense the instability. I ended up returning it.For cats under 10 pounds, it's probably great, but the one accidental walk over she did popped off a suction holder on the window. They are huge suction cups, and I'm quite surprised it didn't hold my 13.5lb cat. I suspect if the base design was sturdier all around, the concerns for this product would be resolved.

I am really impressed at how strong this pet perch holds to our windows. The suctions cups hold really well.I had no trouble assembling it at all. The only thing I didn't like was that the fabric was shedding a bit. So I threw it in the washing machine and it's fine now.I will say that I got this for my small dog. She didn't like the perch, so I can't attest to how well it holds while weight bearing. But I left it attached to my window for several weeks. I folded it up and down fairly regularly and coaxed the dog up there several times (for short periods). It held well and was still attached securely when I took it down. The size seems good for an 11 pound Shih Tzu.Note - It folds up so you can lower curtains/blinds over it. However, it doesn't fold super tight against the window. It wasn't a problem for me, but may be a problem for others. Also, the suction cups stick out from the side of the frame about an inch on each side. Be sure to account for that when checking if it will fit your windows.Overall, I think it's a great product. I just wish my dog liked it more.

We’ve gotten a few of these and the cats absolutely love them. They spend a goodly portion of their day napping on the perch and looking out the window.Quite sturdy. Holds up to the cats jumping on and off without falling or sliding down the window.

This cordless window perch was so easy to put together, and attach to my sliding door, even with my carpal tunnel. I cleaned the glass well first with some ammonia free window cleaner and then wiped down the suction cups as directed. When it was all dry, I lined up the large cups and they immediately adhered to the glass. It says to make sure all the bubbles are out, which I did, but there weren't any at first. I didn't put it too high up because I have heard these types of perches can fall. I settled on about 24 inches of the ground before I moved it.When I decided to move it to another spot to give her a higher view, 32 inches high, there were a couple of bubbles that were easy to remove. As of this review, this perch is an excellent value. I got it specifically for my 7.5lb cat so it's in a room she mostly dominates. I do think it would hold my 10lb cat too, but I worry that the material is a bit too thin to hold his weight over time because he plays rough.This perch is so pretty with its pastel pink, blue and shiny little hearts all over it. I'm confident that it can hold two of my cats without splitting, because they are under 10lbs. It was able to hold a 40lb weight that we tested but the weight doesn't jump, play, and wiggle. This perch is sturdy, and it hasn't budged since I put it in the final position.

This is the CUTEST window perch for my cat! I love how easy they are to put up and how much enjoyment my cat gets from them. I needed a smaller sized one for my set of patio doors but I was worried that the back bar of the bed wouldn't allow for the raised window pane behind it, but it fits absolutely perfectly!! The bed is extremely easy to assemble you really don't even need the directions. The suction cups are big and extremely strong. They hold the bed super sturdy. I'm not even the slightest bit concerned about it falling. My cat is a big time zoomer and launches herself onto it as the end zone for one of her runs. She's about 8lbs but thunders around like a tank. It's never once even faultered to hold her wildness.The fabric is super soft and so adorable! The colors are really pretty and I especially love the little holographic hearts on it! I didn't notice them on the pictures but when I took it out of the box and saw them I was so excited! The only thing I've noticed that is different with this perch versus another we have is that the fabric is the same type/thickness on both the top and bottom, there is no tight mesh or anything on the underside to make the fabric taught. This isn't a deal breaker by any means but just thought it might be worth mentioning .It is still very sturdy fabric and my cat loves it. I'm happy and even more importantly so is she, now that she can watch the birds in comfort from her little perch. We both highly recommend this!
