Unpacked and set up the fogger as per instructions and filled with fog liquid. Plugged in and turned it on. As soon as the power light came on it started spraying liquid everywhere. I pushed the red button on the remote and the spraying stopped. Red light always on on the wired remote. Went in the house for about 10 mins to let it heat up. When i came out it wasn't even starting to heat up. Glad i tested now instead of on Halloween. Will return and update review once i get another and see if it works. So far not impressed.

The first thing to know about this item is that it does not come with the liquid required to produce haze, so you should order that separately. The next thing to know is that this is not a fog machine per se, but a hazer. That means it produces a widely dispersed smoke like effect, which is excellent for showing up spotlight beams or lasers, but is not going to make a thick sea of fog along the ground. As noted in another review the haze can be thickened up, But for a heavy ground hugging fog a different unit is required.The control inputs are quite versatile, ranging from a manual button push system to ADMX cable to a Built in key chain remote control. All three items work well to control the machine. The unit has both dmx in and dmx out so it can potentially be chained on ca cable with other objects and the haze output can be controlled from your dmx light board directly. TIP: The unit has a bracket to be mounted on a truss or other raised structure, and it may be convenient to use a wireless DMX connector on the dmx input in order to avoid running yet another cable.The top of the unit has a an adjustable mounting bracket, along with a ring for safety cable. Hayes output has the ability to be half volume or directed at an angular upward from down to about a 20 deg down angle. The angle Has adjustment holes that could be locked into place with a pin or a thumb screw (neither of which seem to be included).Finally the one piece that is a little frustrating is the unit says you must use the specified haze fluid or else you may damage the machine. Unfortunately nowhere do they specify the required haze fluid.There is one product that is frequently purchased with this machine, so it seems likely to work, but it would be nice to have the actual specifications to know that one has not used the wrong product.

Set this up the same day I received it. Worked a handful of times and the died. No smoke, no light on control. Dead...

This thing heats up fast and can fog a room of 100 people in a few minutes. The remote had a dead battery so I had to use manual control for the fog. The led’s only work via the remote. Good product for the money.

My fog machine is working great. I had a mishap with the first machine but the customer service rocked. They guided me through and ended up sending me a new unit. This one works awesome. Best customer service!!! You won’t regret buying this fog machine.

OK, I'm going to admit that I haven't had a chance to use this on a stage. I have a fairly large room available to me so I took it there along with some lighting instruments and a lazer. It was VERY cool and worked great!Had to buy a gallon of Haze juice. Price was about the same as fog juice.This Hazer is adjustable. In other words you can set how much haze you want to put out and it will automatically keep doing it until you tell it to quit. It's very easy to use with the provided remote control. I haven't had time to run it with my DMX light board but I can't imagine that being much of a problem.My only complaint is that it's pretty loud. I wouldn't run this machine in a small setting. It's just going to over power everything and honestly it's to loud for that kind of environment. If you're in a medium to large venue then this hazer is for you.

The timer ranges between 1 and 30 I think and if I set it to one it produced fog every 20 seconds or so and if I set it to 30 minutes It produced fog every 20 seconds or so. You could hear the timer clicking like it was counting down which was confusing to me because I thought if you said it to 30 it would fog every 30 minutes but this made me think that it was going to fog once in 30 minutes and then be done and I'd have to turn the timer again which would of course be ridiculous. I returned it because I bought it for the timer feature and it most certainly did not control the device in any form
