I love this Gnome. Yes I'm a big MSU fan so it's hard not to love anything with the Spartans on it. I bought this guy as a present for my dad. It's a replacement for one I had given him several years ago. The original held up extremely well. He kept it in his home beside his desktop computer onto of his desk. It had taken a pretty good number of falls off the desk over the years but held up nicely. Eventually however it had taken one to many tumbles of the desk as a result of a vacuuming incident. The replacement Gnome is doing well. It arrived on time. It was packaged very well. There was no damage to the packaging it arrived in and no damage to the Gnome. It was hard to find this guy. Of course my dad asked for it out of football season so no one was carrying it in the stores. This was really the only place I could find that had what I wanted at a good price. The Gnome is great quality. No defects that I could see anywhere on it. The paint job is great. I'm confident that it will hold up as the years go by. I know this is a Garden Gnome but my dad keeps his inside his home. So I can't speak to exactly how it will hold up outdoors in the weather and if the paint will fade in the sunshine for example. I can only give you my opinion based on the way that my dad has chosen took display it. I am very happy with this Garden Gnome. It makes a great addition to my dad's home as it would to any Michigan State Fan. Go Green! Go White! I believe it was money very well spent. I would recommend this Garden Gnome to my family, friends, and really anyone who enjoys showing off you school spirit. This is an endearing little fellow. However, no instructions indicate whether or not he is weather proof, so he'll stay indoors looking out at the garden.
