Our 1.8-density foam has a compression rate of 44 pounds and a 100 % recovery rate. That means affordable comfort with just the right amount of softness and support.

Whether you are looking for a thick or thin quality foam material, we've got you covered with our custom cuts and large variety. Make sure you measure twice, order once! The measurements you should record are the length, width, and height of your cover from seam to seam. If you need help determining the correct size, we will be happy to assist you!

Our foam is ideal for couch cushion filling, stuffing for crafts, outdoor cushion inserts, chairs, pillows, ottomans, stools, and DIY headboards. They're also great to use in your RV and camper or as a cushion foam for boat seats, car seats, golf cart seats, workout benches, cots, and window seats. If you need to transport fragile items, place a foam sheet in a carry case for extra cushioning to prevent breakage.

Your package may come vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Once you receive your cushion and upholstery foam, use a pen or a pencil to make a small incision and break the seal. Do not use a box cutter. The foam should be fully expanded within 72 hours.

Love these inserts. So firm and doesn’t seem to flatten when you sit on them. I bought one as recommended to make sure it fits. Just ordered three more for the rest of my chairs. A little pricey but I don’t think we will ever have to replace them.

I ordered this high density (NOT the ultra-high density) foam to replace the seat in an older chair and it's like new again. Saved me substantial $$$ in having the chair reupholstered.

I ordered five pieces. Received one piece, then three pieces another day. The last piece finally showed up. First four were the same size. The fifth was a bit short in length. Nice quality and I am glad to get these. My sofa and live seat are much more comfortable.

This was perfect for our chair. The original seat cushion had spring be and I threw it away bc it was worn out. I quickly regretted it bc no cushion I bought lasted and to replace a spring cushion was too expensive, I could buy a new chair for the same price.This cushion worked perfect and is now the favorite chair in our living room.

I love my sectional but thought it might be time for a new one....until I stumbled upon these cushions! I ordered one as a test, but as soon as I installed it I quickly ordered more. Quality foam and super-firm. They have literally saved my sofa. Couldn't be happier!!Update: Ive placed three separate orders to this company. A test cushion. Two additional cushions once we knew the test cushion would work for our sectional. And then three more cushions to finish off the sectional. Cushions are great!!! We now have a whole new sectional!!

I looked for along time for a firmer seat cushion for my recliner. I have no disc pad left in my lower spine around L5. Recliners are notoriously soft so I bought the firmest one I could find and alas it proved too soft. This company had exactly the right size for my chair. I would rate it as very, very firm - little compression actually. I was quite happy when I discovered this upon opening the package. It springs to full size immediately. I also purchased a firm half-moon cushion for the lumbar section. Fortunately my chair has zipper compartments. See my review for it too. One thing to consider is to allow a full inch off the depth of cushion you order if you are going to wrap the cushion batten around the cushion before insertion of the cushion. The other thing to consider is that there is so little compression that my feet don’t touch the floor by approximately 1.5”. I will probably cut the removable chair legs an inch shorter. All of this is well worth the effort and a huge savings in cost over purchasing a new chair that may or may not work.

I order this to try to revive a perfectly good sofa that just had worn out seat cushions. I purchased one just to see if it would work out before committing to a whole set. It was spot on in size and the firmness was more then expected, which is fine because I wanted a firmer seat. Mind you though, this is a FIRM cushion, it looks great, seems to be of good quality. I reused the cotton batting that was on the old cushion which saved me some dollars. I didn't even have to glue it , just wrapped it and it stayed in place. It will take a little bit to get used to the firmness, bit I plan on purchasing additional cushions to complete my sofa and loveseat.
