well it was lucky the whole thing had plastic over the whole box of 12, cause the mess inside would have been over everything in the order. Took me nearly 30mins to get it cleaned up enough. The seals on the little jars weren't all still sealed and the lids were loose. Luckily only one jar spilled. The Box that the order came from was not damaged so they had a rough time somewhere on the journey.They need to fix their sealing and lid problem in the factory.Looking forward to using them but boy what a mess

Pretty colors! I instantly was impressed at how vibrant the colors are. I will not be using it because warning label.

Nice pigments, I used them in resin and they work well. They mix nicely and don't effect the resin curing correctly like some kinds of pigments do.The purple isn't as vibrant under the blacklight as the others, but still does fluoresce noticeably.This set comes with four nearly identical pink pigments, as well as two identical orange ones, which was a little disappointing because they look more different from each other in the listing photos. Overall still good though.

I just received my box of 12 colors!!! I cannot wait to use them, which i will be doing tonight! Rolio has been listening because the jars are a little (not horrible)difficult to open but instead of individual tape, the jars are contained in cellophane, then boxed. There was very little residue in the package so it could be just manufacturing. These are so lovely, I can imagine the marvelous shades to be acheived!!!!

*EDIT* Ive added stars because of the seller's response. The seller contacted me and was very gracious. They offered me some suggestions on how to better use the pigments. I will give it a shot. If it works, I'll happily eat my words and update my review.*2nd Edit* ok. After my initial review, the seller contacted me and suggested that I add a few drops of alcohol to the pigments prior to mixing them into the resin. IT WORKED!!! The photo is of an item made with the pigments after their suggestion. I'm quite pleased to update my original rating and review. Excellent customer service and a great product... once I knew how to use it.These are the worst pigments I've ever tried to work with. The color is weak, and the powder does not mix well, it leaves little clumps. I do not recommend these at all.

It takes letting my soy/paraffin blend wax solidify once and to remelt it for most of the powder to suspend. Purple is especially hard to mix and I end up mashing the powder into soft wax to make it mix. If you want the blues and purples to glow under black light, try adding white as well, it really helps it glow.
