Well built and accurate meter. I just think for the price Fluke would include a better case and better quality test leads.

This unit replaced my existing unit that didnt survive a 2 story drop (nothing will). Great working range, handy for current & voltage.

The ease of use and ability to see and understand what you are testing make this item the go to for anyone dealing with electricity. Knowing it’s safe to test live circuits and not be afraid to use a tool make your work easier.

This thing is awesome. Taking regular measurements is straight forward. But where it shines is the ability to connect to your phone via bluetooth. Using the Fluke app you can easily set the meter up to record data and walk away. Then come back a week later and download all the data collected to your phone. Data can be viewed on your phone or email as a graph and excel spreadsheets for analisys. Only complaint is it only measures to 1/10th of a volt and 1/10th of an amp. Wish it went to the 1/100th like my last meter.

I install solar systems and I regret that I didn't buy that meter long time ago

Solid Meter for Power industry - Logging is a bit janky - not ideal for electronics due to resolution / range of amps and voltsYou should know that the data logging is capped at 10 minutes. It takes 4 samples per second. You can log and export for free, but there are some other subscription based features built into the software that will expire after a year. It's pretty amazing for the ability to remotely monitor your meter, allowing you to de-energize, hook up your meter, and then monitor remotely. Just don't get too excited about data logging because it is limited to 10 minutes and you must keep your phone within bluetooth range the whole time. The software works, but I have concerns about longevity of compatability. If you're looking for an all around meter you should also consider that the max amp resolution is 0.1A and max volt resolution is 0.1V, plus the mV option. The accuracy is pretty great from the videos i've seen with controlled measurements, but since the listed accuracy is something like 2% +/- 5LSD, I believe that means amp readings can be off by a half an amp and in the 120v range volts can be off by half a volt. I wouldn't let that scare you though. Should be plenty accurate and precise for power work, but something to consider. This won't replace your bench meter for electronics.

This thing is absolutely awesome. I've used it to measure voltages and amperages in AC and/or DC, well I guess that is what you might do with a tool like this. But that being said, it is definitely more accurate and functional than any other meter I have ever owned. (I've owned several)I really thought that the FlukeConnect app would be gimicky and not really practical, but you can hang the clamp on a wire and then walk into another room to turn something on/off etc. Also, you can use it to turn the breaker off to a circuit by leaving the meter attached to the circuit while you carry your phone into the other room with the panel. The app also lets you take screenshots and logs and share them with people.
