With a focus on sound excellence, every detail has been measured, tested, and perfected to recreate even the finest audio details with crystal clear accuracy.

Woofers that Reproduce Concert Inspired Bass

Powerful dual 8” woofers ensure the low frequencies are met in every demand. From the lowest, deepest bass beats to the wildest explosions, you will experience every rumble. Lows kick in at 35Hz and hold their own throughout. The woofers’ massive bass extension produce deep, clear, undistorted bass.

Fluance Signature HiFi 2-Way Bipolar Surround Speakers for Wide Dispersion Surround Sound

Midrange that Accentuates the Vocals

The midrange driver was woven with light weight yet rigid glass fiber for optimal linear movement to handle the highest volume levels and still ensure sonic precision. The unique phase plug allows sound waves to travel directly from the center of the cone for an enhanced soundstage.

Tweeters that Reproduce the High Notes Perfectly

The ultra-high end Neodymium tweeters produce high frequencies with captivating clarity. Controlled, smooth and never too aggressive.

Serious Cabinet Engineering

Acoustically inert, the cabinets are precision crafted with audio grade MDF wood to create a warm, distortion-free sound. The tapered cabinet design reduces standing waves eliminating unwanted cabinet resonance. The cabinet is composed of separate internal enclosures keeping sound waves isolated to eliminate any acoustic interference. Outriggers with sound-isolation floor spikes not only create a commanding stance, but functionally eliminate floor reverberation.

Wow! I didn’t know what I was missing. It was like going from black and white TV to HD. They are very heavy and large. I had to buy a special dolly to move it upstairs.

I love these speakers. I haven't reached the break in suggesting of ten hours and the performance is outstanding. I replaced my Paradigm Phontom Series two way floors standing that are 20 years old and still work perfectly with the Fluance Signature towers. I was using a Cambridge audio 840 amplifier that is 20 years old and has been in the repair shop for almost 2 years and still no fix. Too bad, because that amplifier was outstanding. I have alternative recievers, but don't compare. I recently bought a Onkyo basic 2 channel reciever, and is fantastic, by the way to pair up with my old Paradigms and does sound good, but not great. Probably due to 100 watts per channel versus the Onkyo at 45 watts per channel. Anyway I thought new speakers would be the answer, and I was right. The only thing I feared is that the Onkyo would not be able to drive these monsters. I was wrong and like I mentioned, I haven't put more than a third volume to these things due to the break in and it doesn't matter. I'll definitely be upsetting the neighbors when the time comes. The build quality and construction of these speakers are excellent and the sound is incredible. Highs, mids and lows are no comparison to my old speakers. Just beware of the size of these things. I never paid close attention to the specifications, being 4 feet tall and weighing over 60 pounds. Luckily they just fit my application. If you want something that will rock your house and you like big for a great price, this is what you want. And consider that the Paradigms were the same price 20 years ago. Outstanding value.

These tower speakers are amazing. Very loud and clear with some serious BASS. If you are looking to upgrade, I would recommend getting them👍

If you are looking for speakers, please read this carefully. These speakers are genuinely fantastic for the price AND what they are designed for. If you go to the Fluance webpage they say specifically, "Fluance develops home audio products to pay homage to the classic rock era which brought us bands such as Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Guns n’ Roses, The Beatles, and AC/DC to name a few." With that statement in mind, choose your speakers according to what the majority of the genre you listen to is. Will they play jazz? Yep. How about classical? Yes again... and they will sound good, but they EXCELL at classic rock because it's what they are designed for.If you are still reading this, good, I have your attention. What are speakers designed to do? They play the signal you send to them. If you send a trashy signal to them you will hear trashy sound. If you send a good, clean signal to them, music properly mastered, EQ'd or bit perfect, properly amplified, you will hear a good clean sound with all the details and air and separation and stereo image, properly amplified. Thats why you read mixed reviews here. Music over an FM receiver isn't going to sound as clean or detailed as a cd or directly streamed hi-res music file through a competent service like Amazons own Music Unlimited AND processed through a proper DAC then through a preamp of some sort, then a good amp out to your speaker (it can be an expensive hobby if you want good stuff). The better your equipment, the better your signal, the better ANY speaker sounds but especially a speaker designed for the genre of music you like the most. This is starting to make sense now.I don't work for Fluance or get paid to write reviews, but I do own a pair of these Fluance Signatures and I really enjoy them. Why don't they cost more money? Are they cheap speakers? No they aren't cheaply made. They are well designed and manufactured with certain cost measures in place so good ol fashioned regular folks can afford them. Fluance has a sales model where they sell them from their website and a few other online retailers generally direct from Fluance themselves, like Amazon. This keeps middle man markups (which can be really steep) from trickling down to the consumer, benefitting the customer in the long run. They would probably have a 50% markup if sold through brick and mortar resellers. PLUS, what speaker company other than Fluance offers a lifetime warranty on parts and labor? NONE that I'm aware of. You may be starting to see the value proposition here now.How do they sound? When hooked up with proper equipment, provided the proper amount of power and given a good clean signal... amazing. Good even at low volume, these don't need to blast but they can if you want the neighbors to enjoy your music with you! My system with these speakers offers a holographic sound field much larger than the speakers physical separation - like the speakers disappear. The mids match the lows and the high freq very nicely. No EQ is really needed unless you like heavier bass or louder highs - that depends on your ears, but they respond well to both digital or analog EQ also. I have a good DAC, so I hear good separation, air, and detail that I honestly didn't expect at this price range. Instruments sound lifelike, acoustic guitar is in the room with you. The soothing female singers voice can be intimate and in your ear when mastered to be, the male singer - strong voices with the texture of deeper voices felt as well as heard. The bass is not the feel it in your backbone bass because of the physical limitation of 8" drivers but the sub bass sound is completely present, loud if needed and nicely adjustable. No need for a sub as others state but if you want to feel it, get one. Many of these qualities depend heavily on the DAC you choose but these speakers are able to reproduce that quality which says a lot.Pros:Price for qualityWarranty is amazingHuge sound - very capableRobust speaker terminalsPackaging is exceptionalThey look awesomeMagnetized speaker coversCons:BIG and HEAVY (maybe that's not a con)Veneer (reflected in price, still looks good)Dust magnetsDid I say they're big? They're hugeI wish the stabilizers were just a bit wider, the speaker is tall and can be knocked overI wish the tweeter was better protected with dust covers off, it just invites someone to push it in.Only two colors to choose fromMore advice:Have a second person to help you unbox/carry theseUse a MINIMUM of 16 gauge speaker wire, thicker for longer runs and use banana jacks.

Honestly I don't see anything I don't like about these speakers they definitely need a few days to break in but once there ready to be played it's like being in my twenties again at a concert I'm 62 and gave me my youth back mind blowing base incredible treble you can hear the fingers on the guitar strings for the price I don't think you can get a better speaker they're heavy well built and beautiful I look at them everyday and better yet listen to them like other reviews they do need power I have a Sony 100 watt per Channel amp and the speakers could handle a lot more but when they're up to almost max volume the sound is just mind blowing I love them makes my life better and for the price and they're Canadian made I'm totally happy would recommend to anybody and will buy more

Very big. Look nice, and great build quality. Heavy and hard to move. Sound is very good for the price. Bass is strong but the highs and mids are sometimes not as clear. Using Onkyo receiver. Work great with a sub and for home theater. I would suggest at least 100w per channel RMS to run these well otherwise they will sound quiet. For music they are sensitive to file quality and will make bad recordings sound worse. For surround sound they are hard to beat and fill a huge room

I'm by no means an audiophile, however I do have a sharp ear and I will tell you every time I listen to these bad boys, they keep surprising me on how amazingly crisp and punchy these towers actually are. I've only ran them for maybe a total of 20-30 hours so far and every time I listen to my favorite songs or albums they seem to just open up and get better as I break them in. I'm running them on a sony dtr1040 receiver, with 7.2 channel. 165 watts/ch. to be completely honest I feel like anymore wattage per channel would potentially distort the speakers even if rated for 200-220watts. These speakers alone in the 2.1 channel setting shine brightest. allowing as much possible wattage to them is beneficial as these pretty ladies are thirsty to scream and pound. the highs are just right, at this point though at first I found them a little too distinct and almost ear piercing. the mids are perfectly matched to the bass residence these cabinets produce through these high travel subs. having two of them certainly adds more kick and punch to your lows. I actually am undecided most of the time to just use these or to add a sub because honestly in the right position or spot in your room they can produce some serious bass. In any case for just a smidge over $1000 Canadian, free shipping within 5 days of ordering, luckily I live very close to where theyre manufactured, got them in 3 days of ordering, definitely one of the best purchases I could've made. Ive also purchased their sig series center, and their reference series bi-polars and imm telling you for just around $1500 ca.for the speakers, I have an amazing sounding surround sound system that was worth every penny. I will never regret this investment, because in the end, these things are guaranteed for life, and theyre built to last that long. Couldn't be happier!

5 year update:This will be my final update, because I feel like I outgrown these speakers for music listening. They will be permanently assigned to a movie theater duty. The main lesson I learned in the past couple years with them, that the are a lot fussier as far as speaker placement goes than other speakers in my house. It is still possible to get them to sound good, but it takes a lot of setup - like moving away from the wall, playing with distance between them, playing with toe in and even the rake angle. Adjustments as small as half an inch. I'm moving on to speakers that are a lot easier to get to play nicely with each other and with the room.3 Year Update:Most important thing I learned about these speakers in last three years, is that they really shine with better components.I started with Yamaha R-N602 and after that R-N803. High frequencies were scalpel sharp and bass boomy, but mids were lacking.Switched to Rotel A12 and tonality completely changed to warm and laid back sound with balanced bass, warm mids, and pleasant highs.Emotiva A300, brought new level of dimension to sound stage, and better control of lower bass, with punch that you can feel.Emotiva XPS2 gen3 was a great amp if you wanted to send small objects falling off shelves and animals running out in panic for really immersive movie experience. Forget about using any sub-woofers at that point.PS Audio M700 mono blocks made these speakers really shine, with delicate top end, full bodied mids and dynamic bass that turns on a dime, and instrument separation like nothing else I heard before. To summarize - I'm pretty sure I'm not even close to approaching limit of what these speakers can do, and only models that I'm considering as possible upgrade are starting at 6 times the price of these, and I'm not upgrading any time soon.Original review:Another satisfied customer. Not much to add to already pretty comprehensive reviews, but here are few points worth noting:1) They really come alive after couple weeks of playing. I just would turn on online classical music radio station and go to work. After first three/ four days the difference was remarkable in overall sound quality.2) Sound quality compared to couple year old Sony floor-standing tower speakers also amazing. Better in every way. Sony will stay with subwoofer for movies, and Fluance will stay without sub-woofer for music listening in a different room.3) Not very power hungry, Driving them to house-shaking bass with Yamaha R-N602.4) These are first set of speakers, where I don't feel the need to adjust treble or bass. Just listening to music as-is and enjoying it.
