Really like the sound outside, inside when putting my foot in it. But at highway speed with a bit of an incline( Btwn 1100 and 2000 rpms the drone is terrible. Will be looking for insulation now to tone it down.

Drone! Sounds great at idle and low speeds, but get up to between 1500 and 1700 rpms and it will make your teeth rattle. Very unpleasant tone.

Sound great at idle. Horrible drone where you spend 90% of your time (1300-1700rpm). Significantly quieter when you shift to 5th on the highway. It's bearable on the street but on the highway it's super annoying. drone is at least 4x louder than the exhaust note. Looked into resonators but they have to go on after the muffler to work so that's not happening.

First, I want to say that I rate Amazon and this Amazon vendor 5 stars all the way. They delivered the product within 3 days of ordering.As for Flowmaster, they have a serious problem. The drone at 1500-1700 rpm's is so loud, you cannot even carry on a conversation without yelling. On my c6 with 6 speed manual, at 70 mph, you are running at 1500 rpm's. So, on a recent trip, my wife and I developed headaches so bad, that I finished the last 20 miles of the trip in 5th gear.The actual sound is great. They should have tuned the exhaust to put the drone aver 1800 rpm's. Then, you could at least live with it. I am sure that I will be installing the stock mufflers within a month. $1000 completely wasted.
