This is perfect you can even take the rings out or make them smaller if needed I highly recommend this one for under any dress that needs a little poof the material is not great but you are not buying it to use for people to see so it doesn’t matter and it will definitely hold up when used as intended so I don’t think the feel or look of this fabric matters as long as it does it’s job.

This did a good job giving volume to my daughters dress and allowed her to walk in it easier. The dress was long so the petticoat lifted it off the floor. I was looking for a petticoat with an elastic band because the other ones I got wouldn’t hold up. The waist was too big for by 3 year old. She tends to wear 3T or 4T clothing. I had to sew the waistband to make it a little smaller. You might need to sew or at least add safety pins.

Ok product. But It was too small for my 4 year old. Had to return. It has just 2 layers. But the lace underneath was almost longer than her full length dress. The waist was too big, it was falling off.
