4 stars because the head flips around too easily, but other then that, the included brushes cover almost every cleaning situation.I have a bad back and bending over is an issue, the scrubbing head is stiff and I was able to clean my tub easily. The scrubber brush is great for stains on the floor and the softer heads are great for baseboards and ceiling.

I used this instead of my pressure washer to clean the inside of my water totes. It was easier, faster, and less of a hassle. This is a really good product.

I bought this and its intended purpose was to clean tile and grout. The bristles are a little on the soft side to be getting my grout clean so if they were a little stiffer, that would be better the handles nice and so II bought this and it’s intended purpose was to clean tile and grout.
