Installed these without mounting them to the pad just to try them out - zero vibration, even right next to the unit! Bam!

I used these to reduce vibration conduction for mounting a Mr. cool condenser on a first floor roof (this was the closest I could mount the unit). Since you need something with mass to mount to, I attached these to large pavers I set on the roof.I selected the size for the weight of the condenser, and now the sound conducted through the trusses has gone from an annoying growl to imperceptible.The mounting is secure with the metal washers embedded in the mount and the unit just floats in place.I’ve used similar mounts in my career as an engineer, but it is so much more satisfying to use them to solve a problem at home.

Pay attention to the color code which denotes stiffness. The red was stiff enough to use behind a rack of circulating pumps hung on a wall with unistrut. No more vibration on the underlying wall framing
