Installed on a Cairns 5A, a Cairns 880, a Cairns 1044, and a Phenix TL-2. They're awesome. Super easy to install and fairly heat resistant. Wouldn't recommend installing these on a burn helmet in general. They're gonna melt (even the high-heat version). If that's your thing, rock with it. If not and you're just looking for the aesthetic part and to keep your lid within regs, then it's awesome. Should be obvious, but if you wanna use these as legit eye-pro do it at your own risk. Keep safety glasses in your gear like everyone else.

As described in the description. Easy install, drilled two holes and attached visor to helmet. Have used these on numerous fires and extrications and they haven’t melted or broken. Would recommend.

While this is not a real eye protection device, it is a great tool to keep the white helmets off your back. The product is sturdy. Does not feel like cheap plastic. Installation is pretty easy.

got these to put on my Cairns 1044. Holes lined up perfectly with the holes for the NFPA MSA bourkes.
