I am not sure if they will stop a determined thief but it should slow them down. They are sturdy and easy to use. Perfect for my 4 Runner.

Works quite well for what I need and I assume it deters thieves as I've had no problems leaving my rig in public places without being harassed. Also doubles as a slope stabilizer. Has a slight tendency to rust.

Pro’s It’s is easy to use comes with two keys. Can be locked without the key. Cons could be separated with a crow bar and muscles. Not as easy as having having nothing in use, but not a sure thing in a high crime area.

Worked great on my 15" travel trailer tire. Used with a hitch and a ball lock so while boondocking I can leave my campsite knowing that if someone wanted my travel trailer they would have to work at it. Seems fairly sturdy.
