The whole point of this blade is to be able to cut thick stacks of people in one go, not hard right? It looked great when I opened it, though a big greasy which I understand, and got it all screwed into my guillotine, happy to be able to get back to work and be rid of my old dull blade. However, this blade would not cut ANYTHING towards the center of the blade, not a stack of printer paper, or even one sheet.Upon taking the blade off trying to figure out what the heck was going on, my partner pointed out a few miniature chips in the blade in the exact place it wasn't cutting. It's hard enough to come by these blades for my cutter, but I get one and it's damaged and unusable from the get go!

I would give this and the company 0 stars. Already returned a cutter from themas the cuts were misaligned, purchased a proper one from HFS. Would have bought the spare blade from the same them but they run oout of stock, so i chanced this one. Blade was very dull. Can't even cut the entire stack. Obviously used or was mishandled as the blade was also chipped. such a time waster.

I was so happy that this blade fit my cutter. I tried to sharpen the blade, No luck. Installed this blade and it cut chip board like butter. Great item. Thanks, Gary

When the cutter was new, it sliced through paper stacks like the proverbial butter. After cutting what I'd guess were hundreds of magazine spines, it got dull. The blade would need a lot more force to get through the paper. Also, I had cut about a hundred stapled magazines and would occasionally cut through the metal staples, which it turned out left marks on the blade. Changing the blade restored the smooth-like-butter cutting of the original cutter. In the end, I realized that I should have changed the blade sooner. You won't regret it!

This blade does fit in a Mophorn cutter. The screw holes line up perfectly horizontally. The vertical alignment of the holes however are NOT THE SAME. The blade ends up being a couple mm higher on one side so the blade does not cut the paper fully. You have to take apart the cutter and adjust the height alignment of the blade. Even when its adjusted as far as I can get it. It barely gets even and I end up having to put a put more pressure on it to make the blade cut through the entire length of the paper sheets. But it does work. It's just a pain in the butt, but for $35CAD shipped, it's a fraction of the cost of the others.

I've had the blade for a month and used it a few times (cutting photo paper), and I've already noticed grooves in the cuts.

Haven't used it yet but it fit my machine perfectly even though the holes weren't in exactly the same position as the original (distance from the edge to the holes, that is). Very sharp. Hope it will work well as I cut the bindings off some workbooks.

Finally I found a replacement blade at a reasonable price. Similar blades were found sold at eBay for $300+, crazy.
