Years ago I had to repair an obsolete machine. THEN, I found a idler pulley in my junk pile.It finally bit the dust. After many hours of searching, including Thomas registry, I contacted Motion Industries in East Peoria. They are the people who give me the info to buy this pulley through Amazon who drop shipped from Phoenix. RESULT: Exactly the pulley I needed. I bought two, just in case.
