Flashlight is very bright, it's just the right size for me, and has adjustable modes. I like the rechargeable option plus you can use batteries. Heavy duty but light enough to carry easily or hang around my neck. Super happy with the purchase.

The pro's: 1. It looks and feels comfortable in the hand. 2. It's very bright compared to each of my older flash lights. 3. One nice (awesome) feature that I've never seen before in any battery operated product is the fact that it can be used with any one of three different types of batteries. Therefore, if the current battery dies and cannot be recharged, you can use a different battery type that you might happen to have in storage! The batteries must, of course, be rated the correct voltage. 4. It has two USB ports on the opposite side of the power button. One is power input for charging and the other is power output to power or to charge other devices (maybe a phone?). 5. It includes a nice plastic storage case and a soft, strong, and well made sheath for carrying the flash light on a belt or other strap while hiking or camping, etc.Now the con's: 1. The power on/off switch is a button that you activate with your thumb (a nice feature) but it always has to cycle from "high bright" to "medium bright" to "low bright" to "flash" to "SOS Morse Code" then finally to "OFF" . I don't like having to press that button five times each time to turn the light off. 2. The advertised Lumens rating of 990,000 is laughable. I didn't actually test it but I would estimate that that number is 3 or 4 orders of magnitude higher than actual.Overall, it's a nice flash light and, despite those noted "con's" it's definitely worth the price and I highly recommend it. Oh, one cautionary note: Please don't allow a child to play with it because it is bright enough to damage the eyes.UPDATE: Originally I stated in my review that the power switch needed to be cycled through a series of presses in order to turn off the flash light. I was wrong. I later read the following statement in the Features section of the Amazon sales page for this priduct: Long press for 3 seconds to turn off the light, no need to cycle all light modes.

Super bright. Easy to recharge. Smaller than the old plastic flashlights. Lightweight. Great design. Good value for the money. Build quality seems high. Simple and easy to use.

This flashlight is bright that's for sure, but I can't understand why the seller or manufacturer would want to exaggerate the lumen rating at 950000Lm or even 200000Lm as there is no way it could be that high. These lights use the XHP70.2 LED module which has a maximum rating of around 2000Lm at nominal current and if the LED is significantly overdriven it could do around 4000Lm.That said, it's still one of the brightest flashlights I have now, second only to my older 7000Lm (true lumen rating) and not by a lot, and the color is higher temperature so it might actually be better than the older one. The price was significantly lower too, around one-third of the cost of the 7000Lm light. This light also has a charge indicator made up of four small blue LED's that light up to show the percentage charge. When all four are lit that means it is 100 percent charged.I tested it out this morning before dawn and I can see the other reviews here are all true, it does literally light up the whole back yard. You could easily see a small animal like a skunk or squirrel maybe even a mouse at 50 feet, and that's pretty good, and that's if not focused. If it is focused, it's even brighter, much brighter, which makes this light one of the best lights I have now.The switch seems pretty durable also, and there is a USB charging port on the side so you can charge the Li-ion cell inside (if you use that option) and it's a 26650 size cell which is pretty good for a flashlight. My 7000Lm light uses four 18650 cells which are smaller. I have to recommend using this option because using three AAA batteries are going to run down pretty fast with the light on the highest setting. The current draw could be 5 amps or more, and AAA cells do not last that long at that kind of current level. I haven't measured the current yet, but if I get to do that I will update here.If you are worried about running down the 26650 cell also, you can either pick up a couple more on Amazon or get battery sleeves (also on Amazon) that fit inside and allow the use of regular 18650 Li-ion cells. Those will run down faster but still an interesting option. The other feature is that in addition to the charging port, which is type C, it also has a type A for using as an output to charge a phone or other small device. That's an interesting feature too.So overall I have to give this at least 5 stars and highly recommend it.Because it's such a good flashlight I have to wonder why they exaggerated the lumen rating. It's just fine with the maximum rating of the LED which is 2000 to 4000 lumens depending on the current level.I am not sure anyone would even want a light with more light flux than that in a flashlight.

Their is a review speaking to how you have to click through a bunch of modes to turn it off but actually, if you just hold the power button for a few seconds it turns off without having to go through the different modes.. I've owned a few similar flashlights.. it does heat up more than most, the battery life is a little shorter than others I have had, it takes a pretty long time to fully charge up and I like having the option to use green or red light that some other models offer. All that said, it is a great light for the price. It's the first one I've received that has a holder you can attach to your belt which is handy and it definitely fully lights up and provides full visibility for an area about 40 feet wide for 40-50 yards in the widest setting and can spot things further than I can actually see with any clarity in the most narrow setting, so all around, very solid for the $.

There's a lot of power in this flashlight, throws a lot of light and the focusing really kicks it out there, however I wish that the beam was a little bit smaller and more penetrating on the focus. Also, and this is my biggest gripe, it needs a momentary switch for my purposes. There are too many modes to click through and three seconds is too long to wait for it to decide to shut off on its own. I require instant on-instant off and this flashlight, while being good for around the house or out in the yard type stuff, it's just not that useful for me.

The first time I ordered this flashlight I had to return the item for the on and off button was not working correctly. This company contacted me to let me know they were sending me a replacement. To my surprise, they really did! And now this flashlight is my baby. Love it! Amazing light and it recharges in minutes. I would so recommend to buy this flashlight. Now I can see my dog in the woods without concern. Thanks to the great customer service and support.

The flash light is good, reasonable size & weight. Product feels like it's made from cheap material. All-in-all it does the job but am disappointed at the quality for the price I paid. The water proof case is soft plastic & it has 4 clips & the lid never lines up properly with the base to be able to close all 4 clips properly. You have to use 2 hands & have to have patience if you want it to work. I don't think I will trust the case to protect what's inside it.Having said that, the flash light come with 2 power options 1 is a set of AAA batteries & the other is the rechargeable battery pack.I like that because it gives me the ability to have an alternative power source just in case the rechargeable fails. The kit also comes with a little keyring led light as well as a belt pouch to carry the flash light. After testing the light I don't think it is as bright as advertised but it is bright enough for my needs. I bought this flash light to mount on-top of my rifle scope for night hunting.I like the fact that you can switch it on fast & zoom the focus in & out with a figure push.Seller was honest about the product specs in the description but other sellers have similar products for cheaper but they try to over rate their products & have the actual information hidden in smaller font which tricks the buyer.I think this flash light was at least $30 more than what it should be because it is not as bright as anticipated but it was my fault that I didn't do the math before purchasing however I will keep it & perhaps use it as an emergency option.
