The chairs are GORGEOUS, comfortable and sturdy! I've had these for several months now and just got around to leaving a review. They are still in great condition and lightly used in my home office. Easy to clean and gives support for lengthy periods. It's perfect as guest chairs for any environment. I got the white ones to suit my esthetic. Overall very good purchase for a great price.

Purchased 4 of these, assembly was fairly easy (leave screws lose until completely assembled then tighten all screw together). Chairs are very comfortable, nice looking, well made. Seat height to arm rest is just right.

First off, everyone who had trouble assembling this, I feel your pain. I diligently tried with the provided wrench, but it just too tough a job with that inadequate tool. I reached out to my local help group, and a great dude with power tools used his bits and put it together in 5 min. As I type from my fancy new chair, don't despair if you don't do it the manual chair. It just needs some power towels and a person who knows how to use them. In first sitting, it is solid, swanky and comfortable. I love it; just ask for a professional! I got it on sale, and paid a small amount to get a handyman. Totally worth it!

I bought one that was listed as "used," so I assumed there might be an issue with it. The chair itself was perfect, but some of the hardware was missing. I don't think that would have been an issue if I bought a "new" one, but in my case it was. We sourced some of the missing hardware from a local store, didn't want to bother Amazon with it since we got the chair for about 30 bucks less than new. Anyway, if we need another one I wouldn't hesitate to buy more. They are nice, sturdy, comfortable, the leather looks nice. Assembly is easy. I'm happy with it.

ATTENTION! Do not pay any attention to the negative reviews on these chairs. They are obviously from people who have absolutely no skill when putting something together. Not sure how anyone is missing parts. All the parts come in a sealed package.First off, these chairs are excellent quality and the price is phenomenal. I shopped for 2 weeks to find the perfect chairs for my showroom. Out of all the chairs I researched (online or in person) these chairs were not only the most comfortable, but the most affordable. Guest chairs are NOT cheap and I came so close to not buying these because of all these invalid negative reviews.Tips: Use 2 people (it's much easier). VERY IMPORTANT: When you receive your chair lay everything out and dry fit everything together. Once you are ready to put the bolts in go ahead and hand thread ALL bolts in to the chair. DO NOT TIGHTEN ALL THE WAY. Once all bolts are hand threaded go ahead and shift the chair around until everything lines up perfectly. Then, tighten each bolt slowly and rotate to another bolt. DO NOT TIGHTEN ONE BOLT ALL THE WAY. Tighten one bolt a little bit, then go to another bolt, then to another bolt until you have all the bolts snug. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. Just snug the bolts. If you over tighten you will bend the metal and the chair will not sit straight.I never write reviews, but I am so happy with these chairs I just had to let everyone know. If you follow my directions you will be nothing but satisfied with your purchase. Not to mention you have Amazon.com that will always back you in you purchases. Don't hesitate. BUY THEM! I bought 4 and couldn't be happier.

This chair is very comfortable and supportive to the back. If you like to sit erect and feel most comfortable when your back is supported, you will be comfortable in this chair. I am a short person. I think if you are shortish, you will really love this chair. It is very sturdy and padded nicely. I don't know if I lost one of the washers supplied, or if I was short changed one. I had to use one, I had in my apartment. There was no spare parts, if the washers were lost. The washers are hard to see if they are dropped, as they are dark brown. The chair comes with the little wrench to put it together. It is easy to do within a few minutes. Make sure to tighten all the bolts snuggly, so the chair is sturdy. It is good to retighten them, from time to time. This is an excellent value. The chair is very well made.
