Perfect for what I needed. Dinner table small to not take up much space, yet strong enough to hold up to 500lbs! I use it for an office chair as well. It's surprisingly comfortable and (again) durable. :)

The weld at the right backside of the seat snapped on me today making the chair unuseable. Only lasted 26 months on general office use. I'm 6'1 @ 265lbs

Nearly Perfect: Nice design, very supportive, sturdy and light weight. Good for posture. Perfect chair for heavier people (1000lbs capacity).Could use a little bit more cushion on the seat area but not an big issue unless you're going to be sitting most of the day, other than that it is comfortable.Doesn't slide on carpet or rugs.

I bought two sets of these chairs (10 in total) for my group therapy room. I was very plesed with my purchase. The chairs are lightweight and VERY easy to move around. ALSO, they hand seriously handle weight. I think the most weight on one chair has been 300 lbs. - no issues whatsoever. The chairs come stacked in a large box, so all you have to do is remove the wrapping on each individual chair - all set.The chairs are asthetically pleasing and very appropraite for businesses.Highly recommended.

These chairs are great if you do not have pets. Does not matter what type of pet if you let them on these chairs they catch and hold hair very badly! They are a pain to clean with lint rollers but as far as the chair goes it is great. Comfortable for a small amount of time 15-30min. Other than that not good for all day use. Good waiting room chairs.

These chairs are amazingly comfortable!! We couldn't be happier with them, and ordered a total of 10 chairs. They did have a slight odor when we unwrapped them from the plastic used to protect their finish, but it went away within a week. The only complaint we had is with the original boxing done to ship to us, it was almost unwrapped when it arrived at our home. This happened with two different shipments, so it is probably a poor packaging system. Given that issue, the chairs did arrive undamaged. Love the chairs!!

I've owned this chair for about three months now. At 5'10 fluctuating between 292 and 300 lbs, I know I'm not exactly a featherweight, but I bought this chair because it advertised a 1500lb capacity (or maybe I just made assumptions. Maybe 1500-Pound High Density has to do with something else, like the making process or something?). It was quite a nice chair, felt bad for murdering it with my giant butt. Even sent it off with a viking funeral, felt it deserved no less for dying with its boots on, but the thing is it wasn't like I came in with a running start and elbow dropped the thing to test the advertisement; just normal everyday sitting and working at the computer, and heck I didn't even plop down on it after long days or leaned back/around in it, tempting as it might've been. I don't think it was even the material's fault. The chair snapped where the seat is welded to the back of the frame...maybe I just got unlucky, who knows? Point I'm trying to make is if you're a big guy tempted by the advertisement and the low price tag, you may want to invest in something a little more heavy duty.

I can study just about anywhere, so long as the chair works fine. I don't need anything fancy, I can do fine with a fold up chair so long as it's sturdy and well built. The trouble with this chair is it's really, really top heavy. It tips over so easily that it's very frustrating, it doesn't matter if it's on a solid surface or carpet, it is the same. It just feels poorly designed. I was hoping for a serviceable chair, but it's just an irritation more than anything. That and it KILLS my back, and normally I do fine studying or working, browsing, etc. in almost any chair (so long as they're not broken). This chair feels poorly designed. Why would you not keep the weight lower? It'd be easily fixed if they made the bottom a bit heavier. Sad, it looked good from all the 5 star reviews; 40 bucks wasted.

I purchased this chair for $40, but I have seen the price drop as low as $25.Considering this modest price range, this is a fantastic office chair. I purchased this chair specifically because I wanted a sled base as I use the chair on a carpet surface and was not interested in a hard plastic mat to accommodate a wheel based chair.I've owned this product for about 2 months and I am quite pleased with it overall. The chair is sturdy, understated and handsome, minimalistic, and best of all it comes pre-assembled.Anyone needing a cheap office chair with no strings attached should give this product serious consideration.Pros:- Cheap- Sturdy- Good back support- Handsome and understated- Comes pre-assembled- One of relatively few office chairs with a sled baseCons:- Definitely not built specifically for comfort
