I read how the product ran small so I ordered one (1) size larger.... I now need to return this item to purchase two (2) sizes larger

I ordered a 3XL and while I received a vest labeled 3XL it was actually sized between a large and an XL. If anyone understands how an LVAD works, with an external controller and batteries , this is not acceptable. Do not buy unless you are a true size large or XL. If I could I would give zero stars.
