Each plate is custom fit and easy to installation no drilling or modification required. Cut outs for easy access to oil/filter changes and other routine maintenance without having to remove the plates, they mount using OEM hardware. You have to flatten factory washers to make this fit. NOTE These are made of .090 thick aluminum.

you have to flatten the original washers, that was no problem with a good hammer. A little bending to align holes for screws and washers. Perfect fit!
