Best deal of all the others. Cheaper, same materials, and it has 2 pulleys! Canβt knock it for anything

I love the quality of all the things that came in the box, and the little instruction booklet that came with it. It's not rocket science to see how everything works, but it's still handy to have the little guide. It's a perfect starter pack and set up for the cable experience. I also bought a few other things to add to my options (v and straight bar for tricep pushdowns, double D for rows). The cable setup works with all of them. It's great and I love it! The pulleys are smooth, the spindle has plenty of room for plates, and they provided all the straps and clips, etc. No waiting while you have to get other things to get started. Two thumbs up on this one!

This system has been a fantastic addition to my home gym. I only reduced one star due to receiving two cables the same size - I need both to be shorter, but luckily they included a couple little brackets and instructions on how to shorten them. It works OK, but I'd rather not have to have that janky looped section.Another thing I'd change if I could, would be a wider lat pull down bar. I'm a woman, not a huge buff dude, so it's ok, but I'd still like a wider grip. And Like other reviewers have said, you don't want to use 45 lb plates - they're too wide - stack 25s or smaller to reduce the width and save your ankles/shins/knees from getting smacked. The parts all seem very sturdy and well put together. Tons of different lifts you can do with this little set - triceps, rear delts, chest, biceps, lats/back, etc. If you're new to lifting, Google and YouTube are your friends; definitely look up proper form for each move and get ideas to expand your use.Overall I recommend this system for your home gym! Highly worth it.

I didnβt expect this to be as great as it is. Figured the pulley system would be rough and cheap. But this thing is great. Down to the detail of a pad underneath the weight holder so it doesnβt bang on the ground. You can see from my pictures that if you only have one bar (like a pull up bar) to work with you will need something to hold the pulley straps in place or they will pull into each other. But if you have two parallel bars you are ready to go out of the box. I look forward to back day because of this product. Worth every penny.

I'm kicking myself that i didn't get a pulley system earlier. This package is fully loaded. Comes with tow smooth pulleys and cables and three handles. Great price and quality. No brainer.

works great. Does exactly what I needed it to do. Itβs an inexpensive cable pulley system that works smoothly and gets the job done. Obviously not as convenient as a plate loaded machine but it does the job perfectly. In terms of the workout and ability to train the muscles in question, thereβs no difference between this and a multi thousand dollar machine.

I live in a smallish apartment and am always looking for gym equipment that doesn't take up too much space and can be put away easily. I've bought some Fitbeast equipment before and have been satisfied with the quality for the cost, so I decided to get their pulley kit because everything it comes with looks like something I'd personally use for different exercises, with enough accessories to expand if I feel the need to. After using it for a few days I can say that I'm satisfied with my purchase. I've found that all that's needed to get started is a secure place to hang at least one pulley, which in my case is a pullup bar I installed on my wall. You should be able to hang it on pretty much anything, as long as it's able to hold the amount of weight you're planning on using with it. The pulleys are quiet and roll smoothly, which is pretty important since that last thing you'll want is to hear your pulleys making high-pitched screeching sounds as you're exercising. I haven't tested it to its limit, mostly because I don't have enough plates to do so yet, but it has handled the 100lbs or so of plates that I've been using with it without a problem. Setting it up before use and taking it down afterwards takes only a couple of minutes, and the carrying bag holds everything, which is nice. The loading pin has a 2" foam cylinder wrapped around it to accommodate 2" olympic plates, but since I don't own any, I decided to remove the foam cylinder by carefully cutting it straight down on one side with a pair of scissors. My 1" plates fit on the loading pin just fine. I'm planning on replacing them with olympic plates eventually, and when I do so I'll just put the foam cylinder back on the loading pin. All in all, a good purchase that I'm sure I'll be putting to use for the foreseeable future.
