This is the hardest to use pinking shears I've ever had. It hurts my hand each time I use it. I am not a weak person, this scissors is very difficult to use. Id' like to return it, its a waste of $. I thought it would loosen up over time and be easier to open and close, not so.I do not recommend this pinking shears!

It takes a lot of pressure to cut, difficult for small hands, joint issues, etc. Arrived sharp, though and stops fraying

I went to the local brick-and mortar store. Scissors and pinking shears all locked up; only one customer service rep and a long line. I was in despair until I remembered I could order through Amazon. Yay! Got the right product at an excellent price and got it fast. Yay Amazon!

I use this on the Indonesian Batik cloth that Amazon also sells. They're sharp and effective. Also, something in teh way they are designed means that I always seem to cut a new length just in the zig-zags made by the old cut. Yay!
