This set of fishing rod holder will go great in my boat and mocked up in place they fit great and will allow for some versatility in safe storage of our fishing rods while on the water plus add some much needed organization to what would normally be a cluttered mess since my boat is a small 14' fishing boat.The included bungies will help to keep the rods in place until needed and if all goes as it appears then they will also make it safer for the fishing rods to rid in the boat during transport from home to the ramp and back also

I picked these rod holders up to mount on my bass boat due to lack of space for rods. They work but I still don't trust them at speed on the boat. These might be better suited for a large saltwater boat with more space than they are for a small bass boat style boat. I can't say I'd buy them again

As rod holders go, this is the beefiest, most sturdy holder I've ever seen. No material was spared in this design and the manufacturing quality is exquisite. Each section is mounted by only one end, making them quick and easy to install. That puts the weight of four rods and reels on that one hinged attachment point. The components and the design allow for that to be easily accommodated. The price is a little off-putting. It seems to me that something built primarily from plastic castings and two pieces of aluminum should be marketed at a lower price. But I can't find any similar design to compare them to.
