So far, it has proven to be a tough organizer. I was able to store many extra tools securely. The holes for the lures are nice, however I found them more useful by attaching the small fishing carabiner lanyards from Walmart to provide extra security for my tools. It doesn't slide down the bucket or move unnecessarily. The fishing rod holders could be a little stouter, but they work good to carry my ground pole holders. Overall, a very nice organizer.

So when I go carp fishing I am always using a hair rig and use a pack bait as well. It's a home mazade bait that includes stuff like oats, grits, jello and corn. I mix all of that together into a 5 gallon bucket to take with me. Now that I have this attached to the bucket I can reduce the weight in my regular bag by moving things like a set of pliers and misc fishing accessories to this bucket organizer. In fact the organizer almost holds enough gear that I could do a fishing session without having to take my tackle bag. It stays nice and secured onto the bucket. Really, no complaints at all!
