Great little product once you figure out that the batteries are installed backwards. My directions didn't really say anything about the batteries being installed backwards. I had to go back to the listing and look at the comments to figure it out. I assume that's for shipping and transportation reasons so they don't drain themselves. Wish I could tell you if the bells worked but I used them on a windy day with my shelter flapping around in the Wind making a bunch of noise and I never got a bite on my tip ups. However the green light was easily seen at night from 25 or more yards away. These are not motion activated lights. Once they are turned on they are always on.

I love the bells for fishing and they work great but the lights are not that great. They fall off or just do not work well. I do not recommend if you are wanting these for the light part. If you are wanting them for the bells, then I recommend.

Got an extra 10 batteries with it, but new batteries didn't fix the one not working. I'm ok with it and still gave 5 stars. Haven't used yet but they look functional and good. Delicate when reversing battery.

The bells seem louder than the average bells on the market. The lights are very easy to use and extremely bright. It also comes with extra batteries. I've used the same 6 bells/lights on 4 different trips and haven't had to change the batteries yet. Well worth the money!!
